Preventing workplace sexual harassment – new infographics

Do you know how to meet your WHS duties to prevent sexual harassment?  

Safe Work Australia has released 4 infographics to complement the sexual harassment guidance material that we released earlier in the year.  

The infographics aim to help small businesses understand what sexual harassment is, raise awareness of WHS duties around sexual harassment and provide some practical steps on how to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. The infographics include:  

WHS duties require persons conducting a business or undertaking (such as employers) to do everything they reasonably can to prevent sexual harassment from occurring at work, just like other risks to health and safety.
